Payment and Refunds/Cancellations Policy

By visiting prTechnologies, viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to prTechnologies, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of service. By visiting our site, you understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and prTechnologies and that your use of our site shall indicate your conclusive acceptance of this agreement.

Our accepted payments policy gives us and consumers convenient payment options. To help ensure a safe and secure environment, you can only use our approved payment methods.

While we at prTechnologies strive to meet the demands of the client to avoid disputes on either side, we do understand in some cases it cannot be avoided.

Thus in such cases, if a dispute is filed within 24 hours then we will offer a complete cashback to the client after deducting the service charge as required by law.

If a dispute is not filed under 24 hours, then cashback to the client will not be offered.

The refund will be processed from our side within 3 working days from the date of request if refund is applicable. The refund will be processed to the original payment source from where the payment was made. Upon processing the refund from our side it might take around 7 - 15 working days to get credited back to your card / account. Once the refund is processed from our side we will intimate you through email.

You also expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by prTechnologies to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of prTechnologies. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.
